Please note that McGill Escrow & Title, LLC has the ability to use custom forms with free form text fields to request any information they would like from those submitting the form. McGill Escrow & Title, LLC may request any information they want through forms on their websites, as that information is voluntarily provided by users of our customers' websites. McGill Escrow & Title, LLC has no control over the type of information provided via forms and encourages users who do not want to submit their information to discontinue use of the Services immediately.

Removing persistent cookies will restrict the McGill Escrow & Title, LLC Services you can use, such as receiving targeted recommendations and alerts.
We also use tracking pixels and third-party cookies on our sites from Google Analytics and other authorized vendors like Facebook. Tracking pixels are code snippets added to a website in order to gather information about a user's browsing behavior. McGill Escrow & Title, LLC displays targeted communication based on non-personally identifiable individual activity. McGill Escrow & Title, LLC does not provide any personally identifiable information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad.
Finally, under no circumstances does McGill Escrow & Title, LLC sell personally identifiable information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Legal Disclosures
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud or security incidents, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.
Other Websites
Our website may contain links to other websites that are outside our control and are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you access other sites using links provided within the Services, the operators of those sites may collect information from you that will be used by them for their own
respective purposes and in accordance with their own respective privacy policies, which may differ from ours. We have no control over how other websites you elect to visit collect, use, or share your data.
Notice Regarding Children's Privacy (Users Under the Age of 13)
In response to concerns about protecting children's privacy online, Congress enacted the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA”), which sets forth rules and procedures governing the ways in which websites may collect, use and disclose any personally identifiable information of children under the age of 13.
